1층 로비
건물 내부로 들어갔을 때 1층에서는 오른쪽에 커다란 LED 광고패널이 HDC랩스 사옥임을 알려주고 있다. 로비 바닥에는 600×600 사이즈의 포세린 타일이 고급스러우면서도 안정적인 베이지색으로 구성되어 있었다. 천장은 wood 천장으로 디자인되어 있으며 일직선의 레일을 따라서 구성되어 있는 downlight이 인상적이다.
휴게 공간
건물의 core에는 2개의 엘리베이터와 계단 그리고 뒤쪽으로 남녀장애인 화장실과 일반 화장실로 구성되어 있다. core 안쪽에는 그레이색상의 포세린 타일이 바닥의 따뜻함을 눌러주면서 wood 천장의 온화함을 더욱더 강조하고 있다.
휴게 공간
본격적으로 2층으로 올라가니 직원들의 휴게 공간이 보였다. 천장은 오픈 형태의 천장으로 잘 정리된 배관과 조명 그리고 냉난방기가 구성되어 있었다. 4m가 넘는 오픈 형태의 천장은 다른 일반적인 천장보다 훨씬 밝고 공간의 깊이를 느끼게 하였다. 바닥의 어둡지만 오렌지색의 포인트가 있는 lug는 전체적인 밝은 느낌의 업무공간을 차분하게 만들어주었다. 모던 롱브릭을 사용한 벽체는 밝은 흰색의 천정과 조화롭게 보이며, 편안한 휴식을 가능하게 했다. 왼쪽 벽면의 라커에는 직원들의 외투와 개인적인 아이템들을 수납할 수 있게 구성되어 있으며, 자주색의 포인트로 구성되었다.

부장실
3층부터 7층까지 구성된 업무공간은 각 manager들의 개인룸들과 직원들의 업무공간으로 구성되어 있다. 방사형 형태의 데스크의 배치는 기존의 데스크의 배치와는 달리 업무효율성을 극대화하고 단순함을 피하고자 제안된 것 같다.
휴게 공간
특히 9층에 구성된 직원들 휴게 공간은 공용부엌 및 다이닝테이블로 디자인 시공되었으며 미팅실은 직원들의 회의나 외부 guest와 미팅을 하는 공간으로 구성되었다.
임원실
서초HDC랩스 사옥의 인테리어는 1층 로비부터 9층 휴게 공간까지 기존의 업무빌딩과는 달리 창의적으로 디자인되었다. 이러한 디자인은 결국 직원들의 효율적이고 쾌적한 업무공간을 제공함으로써 건축가의 창의성이 돋보이는 인테리어 디자인으로 보인다.
지상1층
As you enter the first floor of the building, there is a large LED advertising panel on the right in which it indicates that this is the HDC Labs office building. The lobby floor consists of 600X600 porcelain tiles with luxurious and stabilized beige color. The wood-designed ceiling features stunning downlights that run down the rails in a straight line.
The core of the building consists of two elevators and stairs, and restrooms with accessible toilets at the back. The warmth of the floor is pressed down inside of the core by gray porcelain tiles, which emphasizes the warmth of the wood ceiling.
지상9층
When I went up to the second floor, I saw a rest area for the employees. Plumbing, lighting, and air conditioners are arranged in a well-organized manner in an open ceiling. The open ceiling, which is over 4m tall, is much brighter than other general ceilings which it gives a sense of depth to the space. The floor rug with printed dark orange patterns gave out a calming atmosphere in the bright work space. The modern long brick wall blends well with the brilliant white ceiling, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. The locker on the left wall is configured to store employees' coats and personal items, and is composed of a purple point color.
The work spaces from the 3rd to 7th floor consists of individual rooms for each manager and serves as work spaces for employees. Unlike the common desk arrangement, the radial type of desk arrangement seems to have been proposed to maximize work efficiency and avoid simplicity.
지상10층
In particular, the rest area for employees on the 9th floor was designed and constructed as a shared kitchen and dining table, and the meeting room was designed for employees' meetings and meetings with clients.
Unlike other office buildings, the interior of the Seocho HDC Labs office building was creatively created from the lobby on the first floor to the rest area on the ninth floor This building seems to have an interior design where the architect's creativity stands out by providing an efficient and comfortable work space for employees.
