1층은 필로티구조로 전체 10대의 주차를 할 수 있게 계획되었습니다.

외관디자인은 전체적으로 모던한 격자디자인으로 되어 있으며 포쉐린타일과 우드타일로 마감되어 있습니다. 클라이언트 가족들은 최상층 4층에 자가주택으로 사용하게 되고, 다른 층들은 모두 임대 주택으로 구성되어 있습니다.

인테리어디자인은 전체적으로 아이보리색상과 밝은 우드색상으로 따뜻한 주거의 성격을 가질 수 있게 디자인되었습니다. 건축주가 오랫동안 병원에서 힘든 하루를 보낸 뒤 따뜻하게 맞이해주는 인테리어를 맞이하는 것을 생각하며 인테리어디자인이 계획되었습니다.

The design was tailored to provide a cozy space for the client to relax after a long day at the hospital.
